Fellow
(highest distinction)

• Open to Certified Members who have a minimum of 10 years experience at senior managerial level
  
  
• Submit a dissertation of 10,000 to 15,000 words, on a relevant subject approved by AAFM^™ Board of Standards

and

• Certified Members must be able to demonstrate that they have contributed significantly to the progress of the AAFM^™ (eg articles to AAFM^™ journals, AAFM^™ compentency standards; peer review of AAFM^™ course materials, AAFM^™ course lectures, AAFM^™ course guest speakers, etc.)
   
• Be sponsored by two current Fellows of AAFM^™ justifying the nomination
   
• A formal review process will be undertaken by the AAFM^™ Board of Standards
